Spreading the Gospel Message of Jesus Christ one person at a time

From A to Z from Father Zbigniew on the Third Sunday of Lent 2020

To our parish family and many friends,

I woke early as usual on this Sunday morning, around 4:00 a.m. not because I had to but because I am always up early on Sunday, hours before my first Mass, in anticipation of what is to come. It is Sunday and my family, regardless of which church, was going to be in the pews ready to celebrate the Holy Mass with me! So I am always up really, really early on Sundays.  I am usually ready by the time the 6 am Mass for Shut-Ins is on. I always like to listen and hear what my brother priests are sharing about the Readings of the day. Sunday mornings are so special and  I can hardly wait to see you and pray the Mass!

Today was very different. I was up and ready and full of anticipation! And then I realized no one was coming. It was an incredibly strange and sad feeling. I felt like Jesus in the Garden. A church without people is a dead church.

I am praying for you. Stay healthy. I love you and I miss you.
